To request gutter cleaning services in Montgomery County Maryland, please fill out this form and return it to Henry's Housework.

I understand if its not possible to safely walk the roof to do the job that an estimate will be left at my home instead of having the services performed.

I also understand that t hese prices include clearing the debris from my roof (if walkable), cleaning all of my gutters and downspouts, minor tightening of the gutters and a cursory inspection of my roof for 21 common problems . Anything found outside the scope of this agreement will be noted and left along with an estimated cost of repairs for my approval. No other charges or work will be performed unless I have added a special request below and agreed to the charges.

After performing the services I have authorized and requested, please leave an invoice for the job and I will send in my payment as soon as I recieve the invoice. I recognize that late fees will be assessed after 30 days.

By sending in this form you authorize Henry's Housework Inc. to provide the requested work during the times that you have requested. Past Dues, or any part thereof, including prior Service Charges, are subject to a 2% per month (24% per annum) Service Charge. Service Charges are computed on an average daily balance. Collection costs and/or reasonable attorney's fees are the responsibility of the customer/client. All payments received are applied in the order of: collection costs, attorney's fees, service charges, and past due amounts. Any remaining funds are then applied to current amounts due.

Gutter Cleaning Prices are:
Ü $60 for a townhouse
Ü $65 for a rambler
Ü $70 for split style homes
Ü $80 for colonial style homes
Estates and non-walkable homes will be priced by job.
(as long as we can safely walk on the roof)
